Q.What is meant by ‘True Market Value’?
A. Estate agents will often set asking prices 5-10% higher to tempt you into putting your property on their books. The price is then dropped months later when the house doesn’t sell. We base our valuation on information from the land registry and real local property sales.

Q. Do you purchase ‘Buy to Let’ properties?
A. Yes. With or without tenants.

Q. I know someone who could be interested in your service, what should i do?
